As you probably know, the problem has nothing to do with being a land owner. If the methods suggested in the link that Rowan posted don't work for you, it's probably a connection issue. Your av should normally be a cloud as you log in, because your viewer is still downloading your appearance files. If it doesn't clear up in a minute or so, the files are having trouble downloading. Try rebooting your modem and router to get a more stable connection.
