Marketplace listings being banned for text

Hello, I am just wondering has anyone else had issues with listing products on marketplace then receiving an email like 20 minutes later saying your listing has been banned for the name?  I have a product that called a SLitch Vita( its a portable gaming device parody of a switch thats why the name is slitch)  Well it got banned for the name and unlisted my product so I changed the name to Portable gaming device and it got banned as well.. So like what am I doing wrong?

The email only mentions which product was unlisted for banned text. It does NOT say that the title of the listing has banned text in it.
So what you need to do it look at your product description, as well as your keywords and see which words may be the offending one(s).

You probably shouldn't use the official Mario Kart 8 box art in your product image.

Perhaps it's the use of SL itch in the name?  I noticed the yellow version doesn't use the capital SL.  It's simply slitch even though the picture shows SLitch.

Yep I think it has to do with the Mario kart I should definitely remove that..

Nintendo is crazy about DMCA an stuff. Never use their stuff in SL and you'll save yourself a lot of headaches. Sony is very strict too. Luckily "Vita" means "life" in italian so they are kind of limited, but my experience outside of SL, Sony DMCA will hit you quickly.
