Major Torvalar
can you trade land? i have a 2 plot 1024 size in a PG, w/water access looking to add another 512 for 1536 in a mature, adult region land info indicates that adding the extra parcel would not effect my yearly cost. can this be done? if so how? also does the region preferences add cost to my yearly total? thanks, stay safe
0 Rolig Loon
You can't trade, but if you both agreed to the deal, you could just sell the parcels to each other for mutually agreed prices (even L$0). That assumes, of course, that you each actually own your parcels and that you don't have any other condition blocking a sale. As soon as you buy a new parcel, your total sq m will increase, which may increase your tier fees if you are on the Mainland (but not if you're on a private estate). That's true even if you sell some of the land again seconds later. You might want to negotiate some deal with the other person so that you share that cost between you.

Not sure what you mean by region preference? If you mean the maturity rating, as in General, Mature or Adult, the rating has no effect on tier costs. The cost of the land itself varies depending on many factors, location being the major one. Tier is purely size related. ETA...this is assuming you are talking about purchasing mainland Edited February 23, 2023 by Rowan Amore
