Banned but still able to go to the place…?

So a friend of mine dared me to wear a underaged naked AV in my favorite quicksand place Secret cove. But after I did that, I logged off and came back hours later and the owner told me I was banned cause of the underage AV. So I deleted the AV while I was still at secret cove and changed the AV. But I went to a different place and was still able to go secret cove. Is there a reason why…? 
 

(also I did apologized to the owner and told her everything.  So hopefully she unbans me)

Not sure what exactly you're asking.  You changed out of the naked teen avatar into one more appropriate?  If you were still able to go to the place, you obviously aren't banned.  Maybe the owner accepted your apology?

If you had been banned, you would've been immediately ejected from the parcel/region. Either the person didn't ban you yet, or at all, or you haven't been to the specific area you were banned from.
