It's Modish, and that is the skin store that made the ad. The hair she is looking for is by someone else. The hair looks at least partially Photoshopped to me.

The area under the left of her chin looks the same, but the rest is different, so maybe same brand, but different model?

I have the same hair and it looks different on me as well, especially with the blond version.. I think it's like Stephanie had said earlier, it looks photochopped..

If you start looking around the barrettes and seeing where they sit..You can see they are the same ones and sitting in the same place and pretty much the same things going on around them.. you can really see the similarity in the hair base as well..
