Default Camera View

Hello, I think the default view is from looking from behind you. Is there a setting or keyboard shortcut or something to make the default, like when I hit esc, to default to looking at me from the front? Would help, thanks.

In FIRESTORM > PREFERENCES > MOVE & VIEW > VIEW > Turn avatar towards camera direction on reset view (is a check box). Thank you, Charolotte. You're welcome, Char.

Took me nearly a week, is there like a Firestorm support forums?

Aha.  You didn't say that you were using Firestorm.  That debug setting that I pointed to will work for any viewer. In Firestorm, they have a specific setting in their monstrous cloud of options, which you have now discovered.  😉

You can find answers to almost any Firestorm question by looking in their wiki.  For example, if you're still interested in camera control options, take a look at https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/fs_camera_presets .  The big challenge with FS is that they cram so many options into the viewer that it can take a lot of digging to find exactly what you are hoping for, despite the fact that their wiki is quite well organized.  It can be less frustrating (and often faster) to ask in their support group ( https://my.secondlife.com/groups/3a1be8d4-01f3-bc1a-2703-442f0cc8f2dd ).  Take a look at all their support options, at https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/getting_help
