Premium Account - linden homes and lands

Hello everyone! Can I have land and a lindens house being premium? do i have to pay something extra for it?

One of the benefits of a Premium account is the ability to own up to 1024 square meters of Mainland without being charged a monthly land fee for it. You can take this benefit in either or both of two ways.

1. A Linden Home. This is a free parcel complete with a house, available in several different themes. Linden Homes come on either 512 or 1024 square meter parcels of land, with a Moderate maturity rating. 2. Other Mainland. You can find Mainland parcels for sale by using the world Map and/or the Search function (CTRL+F). The prices can vary widely, and are set by the resident selling the land. This is a one-time purchase price, different from the monthly land fee (which, as previously stated, is 0 for Premium members, up to 1024 sq. m.)  You can also buy Mainland via the land auctions here on the website: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/land-auctions-r1475/

Combination: If you choose one of the 512 square meter Linden Homes, you can then purchase another Mainland parcel up to 512 square meters.

For a first time home buyer, the Linden Home option is simple and offers some benefits...you get the house all ready to move in and furnish, and the house does not count against your land impact allowance. But if you want or need a General or Adult maturity rating, or want to have complete control over your land and decorating options with no restrictions, then purchasing Mainland is a better choice.

I would like to add the need to be strong and immune to the neighboring builds around, when moving to mainland.
It can vary from a vast empty space to a giant gothic tower, huge fullbright prims, 30 meter high walls, or a unicorn breeding farm and (add anything crazy/ugly coming into your mind).

Para um comprador de casa pela primeira vez, a opção Linden Home é simples e oferece alguns benefícios... você deixa a casa pronta para se mudar e mobiliar, e a casa não conta para o seu subsídio de impacto no terreno. Mas se você deseja ou precisa de uma classificação de maturidade geral ou adulta, ou deseja ter controle total sobre sua terra e opções de decoração sem restrições, comprar o continente é uma escolha melhor.
