10% deeded group credit / 2,668 sqm size (single property) / Keep to the top of the US$7 monthly land fee level

I have only one parcel, and it is 2,668 sqm, deeded to my group for the 10% credit. The first 1,024 sqm of that parcel will have no fees, leaving 1,644 sqm. Considering I have a 10% group credit to apply, what is the maximum sqm of that remaining 1,644 sqm can I keep and still stay at the US$7 monthly land fee level?

If I understand the question, I believe the group could own 2,252 sq m without being bumped up to the next tier level. That would be your 1,024 for Premium plus 1,024 that you pay $7/month for, which is 2,048, plus 10% of that, which is 204 (total 2,252).

you can see that number in the group tab about the land and donations.
