I have only one parcel, and it is 2,668 sqm, deeded to my group for the 10% credit. The first 1,024 sqm of that parcel will have no fees, leaving 1,644 sqm. Considering I have a 10% group credit to apply, what is the maximum sqm of that remaining 1,644 sqm can I keep and still stay at the US$7 monthly land fee level? Thanks for considering my question.
