 My access to content rated has changed and I cannot set it properly. It was correct for past 6 years and now it is wrong, it should be set on General, Moderate, Adult.

Why three places?  Because some people want to be able to wander to Adult areas in world but not view them in MP or have them come up in a search, for example. You can set a different maturity level for one part of your SL experience than another.

i am 6 years in sl with this acount i buy all the time in market place there i can chage the rated to all option how only when i am in th viwer i cant ??

Just open Marketplace.  That drop-down menu is right at the top of the page.

 i not mean in market place i cant go to second life gane and teleport places is not let me to go my home not in places or just to stores in second life

In that case, set your preferences in your viewer, as instructed in that first Knowledge Base link I gave you above ^^

If the option to change your Maturity preferences (shown in Rolig's post) is grayed out, you're experiencing a bug that strikes at random. Submit a support case.
