Rezz only with specific tag?

Hi guys, is there a way to make only one specific tag be able to do rezz on land?

My group is open but wanted to only allow rezz renters on land. Is there a way to do this?

Make a role for renters and give them the right to rez.  All other members will have a different role without rez rights.
