When will the cornfield be available to us again?

I enjoyed running through this region and fighting through the mobs, but noticed a while ago that it was closed off.  Every now and then I will go to portal park to see if it has reopened, but have been met with the construction sign each time.  

 

 

Does anyone know when it will be reopened for us, and what kind of construction is occurring?

I don't know, but they usually have it open for Halloween, so maybe October?
