You will pay LL 10% of every sale for anything over L$10.  The only other fees are if you want things like 'enhanced listings' and stuff like that.

No, there is no fee associated with having the in-world location in your marketplace listing.

LOL - I totally missed that his question was about pointing to his inworld location in the listing.  I just went with the thread title.

 

If you have an inworld store, your MP store can link to it automatically without you having to add a SLURL to every listing.  Here is an example:

 

You are also allowed to sell things cheaper inworld and to say that in your listings.

You can also list items on the Marketplace and have the EXACT location link in the description so that folks can see it inworld. They can buy it there or on the Marketplace. I have been doing that for a decade or so.  Prices do NOT (now) need to be the same.
