If you are asking LL to send you an email with information about your transactions and your teleports...you're out of luck.

However, you can see the last 30 days of your own transactions on your Dashboard page, both $USD and $L transactions. You can see a history of your teleports in the viewer. If you've set your Preferences to log your chat, you can figure out when you have logged in, and see who you've talked to.
