my inventory is missing and saved outfits on my main avatar and alts and trying to figure out where i contact second life to try and resolve this issues as we are talking over million dollars in lindens on items

  1. If you're on wifi (especially if you're on wifi) reboot your router.
  2. Install the stock Linden viewer. https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/
  3. Start the viewer (dont login).
  4. Open Preferences. (CTRL+P)
  5. If you had it installed before, Preferences > Advanced > Clear Cache
  6. Preferences > Setup > set bandwidth as low.
  7. Press OK in Preferences.
  8. If you cleared cache, restart the viewer.
  9. On the login screen, set your login location to KARA GQ20hVI.png
  10. Log in, open inventory and WAIT.
  11. Don't minimize or tab out to chrome or something .. just stare at your avatar, on KARA and wait.
  12. Seriously, be patient and do some waiting. Make a brew

If this doesn't result in a complete inventory, you need to log out and file a support ticket. Explain these are the steps you took. https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/home

This is happening on ALL your accounts? Normally, only one account's local inventory cache will get corrupted and need to be cleaned.

Be sure to test with all your accounts, and try using:

  • A different viewer
  • A different computer
  • A different local network (go to a friend's house and try from there, or use a substitute router/internet modem).

Don't make all these changes at once, but methodically, one at a time. You are trying to narrow down the source of the problem. If LL gets involved, they're going to want this information too.
