Wanted: 1/4 Adult parcel 1250 - 5000 prim

I'm looking for an adult parcel that is 1/4 with 5k prim and a 4k weekly price for land rent with grass only and no sand option. 5000 prim or 1250 would be best. 

Allow zooby animesh babies for me and my partner to have on our property.

you have to post in the full region rentals, homesteads are 65536 sqm, and not possibe to have 5K prim on a quarter
( or use just a quarter, sink the rest and use all prims there , but you'll have to rent the whole homestead in that case.)

If you have enough with 1250 prims you could of course rent a quarter homestead, but seeing what your purpose is, it wouldn't make other renters on such low impact region happy about the resources you need.
