is this a full sim to rent or are we renting parcels?  that's a low prim count for a full sim rental, which this is what this area is for.

This is the only section we have for private estate rentals so this does indeed belong here. Also, as I believe, this is a parcel shaped into an island with water ways between other renters.

That's because there is no separate section for parcels. People are forced to use this section instead and have been for years.
