How do I change my SL house floorplan i.e. one of the other designs when I look at say the log cabin

I tried to search with google and some other places but I couldn't find an answer. When I create a new house and plot of land is the style of house given to me at random or can I switch it from say the Mountaineer to the Lincoln without having to delete and try again?

You cannot delete threads, but it is okay.  This will stay here and if anyone comes searching they just might find the answer in this thread.
