"unable to create requested object the region is full"

I have rented a land for a few years now. I tried rezzing an object that was 28 Land impact. My land clearly says I had 412 land impact left. I keep getting a message "unable to create requested object the region is full"  I have been almost to 0 before so not understanding why now. This has just happened the last few days. I was wondering if there has been some SL issue or is there a fix I can do on my end. I have restarted my sim as well a few times and It still isn't allowing me to go under.

If the region is full, it may be because someone else has gone over his L.I. allowance.  That can happen especially if the landowner has been using some vacant parcel's allowance to give other people bonus prims.  It's easy to lose count. What's important is the total of ALL objects on the region.

This can happen when you are trying to rez a mesh item onto another mesh object. If that is the case, create a prim box, then rez your mesh item onto that one.
