im new to SL and i want to find an job to earn L

There's aren't many "jobs" in SL that pay well. We have no need for garbage men, pizza delivery boys, parking lot attendants, or most other low-skill positions, and merchants and creators handle the rest. You can get work as a dancer or a club host, which don't usually pay well but which can offer the promise of decent tips and a social life. Most work that does pay well requires some basic skills in making things (3 D mesh modeling, texturing, animation, scripting) or some talent as a performer, and an initial outlay of cash for tools, software, etc.  And, of course, a good understanding of how SL works, which means a bit of experience in world.

In general, then, the best advice is to wait on looking for work until you get your feet under you and develop a feel for how you might fit into the local economy.  Most of us who earn L$ don't count on it for much more than pocket change.  We "work" because it's a fun way to experiment with things we can't make a living at in RL.  (If we could, we'd be earning a lot more money doing the same things in RL instead.)  As you need money to get L$ for expensive things, the best way is to buy them on the LindeX with dollars you earn in your day job in RL.

So much for advice.  For some ideas to think about ... try http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Guide_to_Jobs_in_Second_Life
