Looking for an apartment/penthouse in a town setting

Id like to find a place that offers rentals in on-land apartment buildings, not skyboxes. Preferably Moderate to Adult sims and in some sort of a town/city/neighbourhood setting. A private house in an on-land neighbourhood could also work. Been looking myself but no luck so far, wonder if such places even exist since majority of rentals are skyboxes these days.

Try looking in the Region for Rent: Full Private Island forum.  That's where you're most likely to find parcels, and may be able to find people advertising apartment space.

The couple places I'm aware of that have rental apartments are in RP communities.  I'm not sure if they allow just anyone to rent there, though.  Bayside City is one.

I can't recall the name of the other.
