Pretty much. You get 1024m² of "Premium bonus" tier that you can use toward Linden Homes and/or Mainland. With Linden Homes you don't need to buy the parcel and you choose from a few models of house that fit the theme of whichever area you choose, without needing to count the Land Impact of the structure into the parcel allotment; with Mainland you get to put whatever you want on whatever parcel you buy but its Land Impact does count toward the parcel allotment.

Some Linden Home models are on 512m² parcels, so you could own one of them and a 512 on Mainland, too.

Linden Home parcels can't be transferred, so they can't be deeded to a Group, so you can't get the 10% "Group bonus" tier; if instead you only own Mainland and contribute all the tier to a landowning group, you can stretch that 1024 an extra 10% (which means the group can own up to 1120m² of land, with a few m² to spare). Of course you can pay more monthly tier to be able to own more land.

In addition, you can't choose the exact location of a Linden Home - it will be somewhere in an area of similar homes but you can't pick the exact lot.
