Laurent Bechir
Tested on a Mac with Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome No adblocks installed All the pictures on Marketplace are replaced by icons like you see on the screenshot. I've tried to clean the cache of Chrome without success. What can I do to solve this problem ? Thank you
Lillith Hapmouche
Someone here made a fuss about a "severe security violation" on the Marketplace, because the pics are blocking by Google's Safe... Searchsomething. Try a different browser?
Profaitchikenz Haiku
If those four browsers haven't solved the problem I don't know what else a mac-user could do. You could try in Firefox clearing cookie for the maarketplace site, other than that I think you need advice from a mac-user.
Sindy Lovelace
Is the Marketplace serving up insecure SSL content? That often is the cause of the missing images for macOS users. Is it serving mixed content via both http: and https:? That would perhaps also cause the issue. I run an updated macOS install on a brand new mac Mini (previously a 27" iMac as well) and have everything appearing fine on all of my installed browsers. Not sure what to suggest.
Laurent Bechir
I think I've found the source of the problem. Since September 30th Let's encrypt root certificate has expired. Newer systems are not affected by this problem since their certificates have been updated, but older ones like Mac OS 10.12 are. I'm going to upgrade this computer to Mojave, it should solve the issue. You can have better explanations than mines on this issue here : https://tinyurl.com/yhpe9ryl and here : https://tinyurl.com/ye6uztls

Right click on the Image title (not product title) and then click on open image in new tab. It will show up a security warning but you click on "Continue anyway". Then you go back to the Marketplace and refresh the page All images are now showing normally. I had the same issue. Hope it helps.
