Hello metukah. Perhaps.....

At first he must to rebake his textures with Ctrl+Alt+R.

If that doesn't work power down the router for at least 2-3 mins, power on and log in again in a region without lag like protected lands arround (Smith, Lime, Aqua etc)

Sometimes wireless connection is the cause for that issue. Use direct capable connection instead.

Good luck.

This blurry avatar bug has afflicted a number of versions of V2 over the past number of months with quite a few posts on the blog e.g.

I suffered from it myself in one of the 2.6 viewers and Kirstens a few months ago but thankfully was free of it once the next version came out. What viewer is your friend using. The latest viewer should not cause this problem.

You just have complete control of these different bugs. :)

Luckily, I never saw the bug the links point to. I guess if the blurring happens from log in, it is very likely to be a this bug, and perhaps even if it doesn't. The OP didn't say anything about it, though.

Lol, so many bugs to keep track of! :)

I hated that blurry bug, avatar coming in and out of focus all the time and sometimes others too. Another blurry bug I had was everything going blurry when I zoomed but that didn't last long either. Kirstens current viewer is fine for me although I see she has a new 3D viewer out now which I havent tried yet. I guess I need to get 3D glasses for it! :)

No kidding; more bugs than in an anthill. :D

I don't know why, but I never noticed any texture related bugs like the ones you mentioned. Or maybe I see them all the time and think that's how it is supposed to be :o.

The 3D viewer sounds really cool if it works. I have to have a look to see what it's about.
