setting home location

i bought a private sim and when i try and set home , i get this message ....You can only set your 'Home Location' on your land or at a mainland Infohub.

It may just be a matter of timing, depending on how recently you bought the region.  I don't know how long it takes the right hand to know what the left hand is doing.  If you are still having trouble by Monday morning, I suggest contacting Concierge Service and asking for their help.

Er...how did you buy this sim, exactly? Did you purchase it from LL? If so, then Rolig is probably right, it's just a matter of waiting a short time.

If you bought it from another resident, you may not have "bought" it at all, but only rented it. (It is possible to transfer ownership of a region between residents, but you have to go through LL to do it.)

Assuming it's a rental deal, then you may need to join a group specified by the owner to get permission to set Home, or even to rez objects there.
