My alternative avatar account hanabito resident was hacked & then put on hold for *****. I wish to have my account back please. If I get it back I'll delete whatever the hacker put in.

We here on the forums are just Residents like you.  We cannot do anything about your account.  You'll have to communicate with LL, via a Support ticket.

Hacking was not involved, it's called phished or social engineered into giving them information,  if the information they obtained was from a leak from one of the big companies out there than, it's still not a hack,   hacking requires actual skill and resources to do,  SL/LL was not compromised.
