BilliJo Aldrin Posted October 3, 2020 Posted October 3, 2020 (edited) How would one go about contacting Linden Lab to ask about why a forum thread was deleted? Looking at "submit a ticket" there doesn't seem to be an option for Forum questions. Any thoughts, anyone? Edited October 3, 2020 by BilliJo Aldrin added stuff

I submitted a support ticket once regarding a forum issue (it was spamming) I did get reply that way. 3
LittleMe Jewell Posted October 3, 2020 Posted October 3, 2020 Knowing LL, even if you get an answer, it would be something along the lines of "It violated the Community Guidelines", with nothing more specific.

Yes its frustrating getting an answer that isn't an answer at all. You read the reply and think, yes, obviously I violated community standards but what exactly did I do? Oh well. 😬

There used to be a Web category or sub-category - at least, I'm pretty sure there used to be. I am Premium, so I do have the expanded list. The only thing that mentions Web anymore is "Web Login Issues" under Account.
