So i am new, and i have 3 friends playing as well. We love the world, and we want to look as realistic as possible.  We keep hearing to buy Belleza and Omega etc and have no idea how any of that works. I would be willing to pay money for someone to help us and set up our inventory if possible.

It is a long blog post, but is extremely informative as to what all the different terms used in talking about mesh bodies and mesh heads, as well as information about some of the more popular male mesh bodies - I would definitely suggest giving it a read.  

If nothing else, that blog post will provide some context and explanations which will help you in asking specific questions, understanding terms in answers you might received, as well as some starting places for trying out different things.
