Where can I find my account info? =/

I contacted support on the phone, and they said they needed my name and security question answer. I told them, but they said it wasn't right? I'm sure it was right, though....anyways how can I find the name...? I said my real name...but they said it wasn't correct?

Being in world give the command Menu Me --> My Dashboard.

If you aren't in world, open your Dashboard --> by the left Account --> Account Summary

Was it your name or security question that you got wrong over the phone? None of this is held on the account pages; did you not make a note of your details in a notebook perhaps?

However, if you're sure you got the details correct, maybe the operative you spoke with over the phone misheard your SL name and so it seemed you got your own details wrong over the phone.

If I were you, I would ring again, and hopefully get a different operative.

If your security info was shown on your account it wouldn`t be very secure if someone got access to your account lol

Only you and LL know the info you gave when your registered and that is what they use to check that you are really you, so you should already know it.
