How long does it usually take to get a response for a ticket submitted to reactivate an account?  I have had a ticket in since friday.

Well, Saturday and Sunday don't count, because they aren't work days, so you have only been waiting for at most one day, depending on what time Friday you submitted your support case.  There's no guaranteed amount of time, but I would probably not expect a reply before mid-week.  Be patient.
