Renting my land out for events

I have an 8k m stretch of beach property. It's for sale, but I was wondering about renting it out for events. Is there much value in that or is my land too small to make it worth the trouble?

It's too small. Any decent size event requires a full sim.

Most parcels are useable for something but the hard part is making the availability of the parcel known.  It's going to take time and a lot of effort.  I have seen parcels for sale which also advertise rentals, so you could try that though if someone buys your parcel then your work on the rental side won't count for much except perhaps experience.
