How do I change my email address? I go to the proper section, make the change and invariably get a message that service isn't available now, try later.

Several people have reported this.  I think maybe something's broken in their system.  Try filing a Support Request.

I just successfully change the email address associated with one of my alt accounts.  I'd suggest contacting Support about your problem -- unless the problem no longer exists for you, which means it was a temporary LL issue.
