Problem in adding payment method

hey I have a problem with adding my master card anyone can help?

Not without knowing what sort of trouble you're having, but I can guess that you are trying to add a debit card or a prepaid credit card.  That usually fails, because Linden Lab's processing system rejects most cards unless they are real credit cards.

so there's no way  they accept a debit card ?

A few people have reported success with using debit cards.  A lot of these have failed, when the card expires and the user tries to update it with the new expiration date.  I would simply take it as read that a debit card won't work.  LL wants an actual major CREDIT card.  If you haven't got one, open a PayPal account, go through their process to link it to your RL bank account/debit card, and transfer some money from your bank to PayPal to pay for your SL expenses.

Almost never.  Every once in a while, someone finds a debit card that the system accepts, but don't count on it.  The system is designed to accept approved and verified credit cards, PayPal accounts, and Skrill accounts.
