Old Avatar Confused about Mesh Bodies

If is basically the SL body with more triangles and hence fewer lumpy bits, especially around the hands and feet.

Its no use to me as Ruth is too curvy and there is no flat chest option that fits, so I am sticking with Maitreya. But there are some things I prefer on Ruth; particularly the shoulders.

Ugh, still has that nasty chest groove? That was always the thing I hated the most about system avis...

The mesh head is directly from the department of Why Bother? The nose shadows are still there.

Not trying to be rude, but I am struggling to understand the connection between the head and the chest groove? 🤔

Oh. I didn't notice a chest groove, because I was trying on clothes. But it has a great many of the SL body flaws. So, if you didn't like it in Ruth 1.0, you're probably not going to love it in Ruth 2.0.

It was always quite obvious in the system avis, even with most clothes on, as they followed the chest contours, or were V-necked. Rezz one of the system avis from the viewer, and you will see it, for sure. I never understood why that had to be there, being completely ignorant of avi design, it seemed that could at least be flat instead of a deep ugly gash down your chest.
