MAITREYA Layers ON / OFF script wanted

I am looking for a way to turn off and on layers in a self created clothes applier, like the original Maitreya HUD is capable in its LAYERS tab.
I am not talking about the Auto-Hide function of the certain body regions. That's a different thing!
I want to create my own applier HUD (based on Maitreya's applier script V2) with the possibility to hide and re-show all 6 layers (Tattoo, Underwear, Clothes * Upper, Lower) separately.

The work around, applying a "full-transparent" texture to those layers, is unsatisfactory because it overrides the former texture and has so less performance.

 

Any ideas ?

I do not kow if the channels and commands Maitreya uses are common knowledge at all.

I think you will have more help in one of the subforums for creating. We who post here are mostly consumers, not creators.

Maitreya doesn't publish public APIs for directly manipulating the body layers.
There is a kit available to everyone for creating tattoos/applier clothing but those will only do a simple apply and cannot be made to do anything more complex.
