I am using the Voice Morphing from SL for Demons, but since a couple of days I can't access it nor can I buy a new package. Des anybody know why

@gerodeon69, product deliveries in SL are instantaneous, or nearly so. If you haven't gotten anything, it's possible the transaction did not actually happen. Have a look in your Transaction Log, here on this website on your account page, under Accunt > $L Transaction History. If you find the payment there, then open a support case with Linden Lab, under the Help > Support section of the site. Include the transaction details in your request.

You could also call Billing, during normal west coast business hours. 800-294-1067.

There is a free third party voice morphing app called VoiceMod. I have not tried it or heard any reports about it, but here's the URL: https://www.voicemod.net/second-life-voice-changer/

The morph engine that SL uses, MorphVox Pro, is from Screaming Bee. You can buy their voice morph engine direct for a one time purchase cost of about $40. https://screamingbee.com/morphvox-voice-changer

Before you spend a lot of money on any voice changing software, I have to tell you that in my opinion, none of them will produce a convincing human voice morph. They do all right with nonhuman distortions, like a robotic voice, or a huge dragon or troll super-basso voice, or a pixie chirpy voice. But for human voice changing, a more convincing result can be obtained by practice, developing your own male or female voice. With practice and training, most men can develop an attractive female voice, and vice versa for women.

That link will take a person to their own transaction log, NOT yours (thank goodness. You should never post personal information here in these public forums.)

However, I'll assume that your log does show you purchased the subscription. Note, there is no actual object delivered with this purchase (unlike most things you buy in Second Life).

Have you checked your Communication menu in the viewer in world? It should now show a Voice Morphing option.

If it does not, then call Billing, or file a Support Case, as I suggested in my previous post.

NOTE: You will not normally hear yourself when you use voice, to avoid feedback issues. To test your morph, or for any voice testing issues, teleport yourself to Voice Echo Canyon.
