Put page and last post link at top of threads in Answers

Hello there, LL!  Here is a bit of feedback for you.

In most of the forums, there's a little area up at the top of threads, where you can, by one click, go to any page in the thread, or to the most recent post.  However, threads in Answers don't have this handy feature.  I admit most Answers threads are relatively short.  But sometimes they do become longer.  For example, one current thread is "PayPal", which is up to four pages now.  To get to the latest post, I have to 1) open the thread, 2) scroll down to the bottom of the first page, 3) click the last page, and 4) scroll down to the bottom of THAT page.

How about a set of pages links up at the top of page 1, eh?

And if posts have been voted on, between step 1 and 2 you have to 'sort by date'.
