land Land sale and Land fees

I am Premium and sold 3072 m on Aug. 24, 2018.  I still own 7680 m and the amount of land has changed in my account, but not the cost which was $67.00 USD last month.  My land was claimed Aug. 5, 2018.  Does this mean that my tier will remain the same, at $67 USD on my next tier payment date and not change till October?  Thanks very much!

That's what it looks like.  You will always be billed for land fees on the largest amount of land that you owned at any time during the current billing period, even if you only owned it for a second.  That's why we would usually advise people to sell land a day or two before the end of a billing period, not near the start of one. Since you will be billed at the higher rate anyway, you might as well enjoy the use of the land for as much of the billing period as you can.
