0 Chic Aeon Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 At the bottom of the upload window in your screenshot there is a NOTE at the bottom with a link. That tests isn't needed any longer but there is still a click through message I believe. The link there may or may not work. If your avatar is relatively young you may need to put in a support ticket in order to be able to upload.
