Firestorm Jump bug

I was wondering if someone could help me, i have 2 accounts on SL and use the Firestorm viewer however with one of my accounts whenever i press the  'E' Key to jump it does nothing. the Pg Up still works fine but the 'E' doesnt.

 

The 'E' works fine on my main account but not my alt.

 

Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it

I never use WASD or the associated letter keys myself, because they mess something fierce with my typing.   However, if I wanted to, I would open Preferences >> General and click the radio button that activates them:

Does the affected account have an active gesture bound to the E key?

how would i check what keybinds are to gestures?

Look at your active gestures, open each one, and see what key activates them.

Please let me know of a solution. fighting in SL is a pain in the ASS without this
