how would i check what keybinds are to gestures?

I was wondering if someone could help me, i have 2 accounts on SL and use the Firestorm viewer however with one of my accounts whenever i press the 'E' Key to jump it does nothing. the Pg Up still works fine but the 'E' doesnt. The 'E' works fine on my main account but not my alt. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it
