Undress item by timer

I'm trying to make a skill, which does rezz and asks the user to attach it to his hand, and in this way to use it ...

the problem is that I would like to make this skill vanish due to the abusive use that can be given to it, and also the idea is that they use other skills

Not with standard LSL. You would need to use RLV to do anything like that.

From the sounds of what you're looking to do i'd suggest using a temp attach. You're able to attach an object to an avatar without actually giving it to them. Then you could use the llDetachFromAvatar as suggested above and it's gone until you allow them to temp attach it.
