why I cant  go  shop web ?

I pay vip   but  don't  have  acces  to web shop ????

Have you set your maturity p[reference IN MARKETPLACE (with the drop-down menu at the top of Marketplace)? If you did not do that, you will only be able to view General sale items. It is not sufficient to mark your maturity preference only in Preferences.

We have no "VIP" status.  Only Premium.

Also, you have to log in to the MarketPlace - it is a separate login that the forums or your dashboard page.
