Limiting access to a sim or area based on avatar age is more of a temporary restriction than discrimination, in my opinion.   Or it could be thought of in terms of 'leveling up' I suppose - once you've 'leveled up' to the necessary avatar age, you can access that area.   There are newbie-friendly adult areas as well, so no one is being kept from pursuing that type of activity because of avatar age.

why bother ejecting? just freeze them where they stand. rezz a conforming statue or sculpture to a representation of your liking over them, get a tomato and egg rez throwing HUD (easy to mod a snowball thrower for this concept), pass said throwing implement to the more suitable inhabitants to toss and pummel said eggs or tomatoes at the lawn ornament that you now have.

Can't freeze under script control, sadly.
