and there is no best .. all depends on what your wallet allows, and your likes are.

Just hands are not as popular anymore, most people buy total mesh avatars, and all main brands changed their designs to bento.

All Bento hands work in a very similar way. The only things to distinguish them are:

How many third parties make accessories (like manicure HUDs) for them?
How do the hands themselves look to you? Are they well modeled and textured?
Will they fit your shape and/or any mesh body you're using?
Does your favorite skin maker have an applier for them, to make matching your skin tone easier?
