Looking for a friendly sim mate!

I have a fully decorated homestead and it is a bit lonely! I am not online often and hate to see it go unused/lived. 

I have a small cottage on the grounds that I am willing to give to a friendly individual(s) or small family looking for somwhere to live but just may not have the funds. 

You would have a 200 prim allowance to decorate as you please. 

This cottage is on a farm plot so rural loving people ideal...especially if you are willing to keep the crops watered and fertilized and the livestock fed.

The sim has a stable and paddock, trails, pool, and tennis court for fun.

while I am in the same position I "know" those from the forums and so far they´ve proven themselves as good ppl ^^

I´m usually styling or taking pics so no drama potential from me (I hope?!!) and I´m not really online on weekends (maybe once in a while), SLT+9 cos I´m in Germany but I could contribute to deco because I have houses and deco and stuffs, too
