    I am due a new laptop and have about £1000 ($1250) to spend. I don't want anything too bulky but want something that will handle SL ok. Any recommendations? All advice/suggestions welcome. I have seen a Huawei Matebook X PRO 13.9-Inch Intel Core i7 16GB 512GB SSD Ultrabook Laptop but there are 2 versions - Intel UHD Graphics 620 version (UK) and Nvidia GeForce MX150 version (rest of the world!) If I could find an Nvidia version I was tempted to get that. Thoughts?

    I can't recommend strongly enough that you avoid Fairchang at all costs. These people change the rules after you rent. They don't allow you to have the plot you rent as all land, or even break it into islands or anything. They want total control over what you do with the land YOU rent and even insist you break your land up and allow everyone to sail right through it at their leisure - rather than use the public channels that everyone leaves free around the outside and between plots. RIDICULOUS! I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN !!!! SPREAD THE WORD!!!!

    How wide and long is it please? Dimensions? Some unsightly neighbours there - ever the issue with mainland.

    I am looking for a nice plot 1024-1126m2 in size. Must have direct access to protected sailable water on at least 1 side. Sim edge on other sides an attraction too. Nice area with no hideous neighbours. Adult or Moderate area. Ideally terraformable above water level but not a deal breaker. Direct access to large open area of sailable water a bonus. Its is currently set up as a club and if the buyer wants to keep it as a club I am happy to give them the group and the logos etc and leave the objects as they are. It's very cool. However, it can also just be turned back to a lovely spot for a home. The plot is 2240m2 because that was the optimal size for $8/month tier - using deed to group which allows you 10% extra land and prims free. It can be trimmed to 2048m2 if necessary. Its a great location right on the waterfront and in the thick of everything. I am selling for 20,000 Lindens to sell it quick. This is far less than I paid for it but I don't have the time to invest in the club and so I need to find a good buyer for it.     This explains the extra 10% of land you are allowed if you deed to group - so instead of 1024m2 you can have 1024m2 plus 96m2 extra free. Or 2048m2 plus 192m2 extra free!
