password won't work on cool vl viewer

Hi..my account was comprised in SL..linden sorted it and i got a new password. password works fine in official SL viewer, but it won't let me sign into Cool VL viewer..any ideas

reset it on your accountpage and try again, it could be also possible you need to give your username as  xxx.xxxx or xxx xxxxx  with or without . (dot)

last tme I had a password reset.  called them, they guy could not for the life of him understand me. he randomly goes "password "yellow" and hung up.  I hope LL fixed that issue.

 

edit : to clarify that was on an account I no longer use.
