Can't change to GMA?

I haven't played Second Life since August 2016, but I turned into 18 in September and my Second Life account did too. I wanted to change access contact rated, from General to General, Moderate, Adult, but I can still only chose General. Idk why I still can't change. I can only from the website. I need help to get it fixed! Sorry because my bad English

I'm not sure which viewer that is - maybe Singularity?
See if you can select GMA when logged in on the LL viewer from Downloads | Second Life
The setting is under Me -> Preferences -> General -> I want to access content rated...

If that does not help, file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ & support will fix this for you.

Hi there, sometimes the age verification gets stuck which only Linden Lab can fix, so I'd recommend opening a support ticket about the matter.
