does anybody know any good emo or goth hairs? or any cute black hair.. im somewhat new and any recommendations will be appreciated!

We cannot recommend specific products or merchants in Answers.  This area is for helping explain how SL works (or why it doesn't sometimes).  You will have better luck asking your question in the Avatar forum or perhaps in the Fashion forum.

There are well known and lesser and unknown hair makers in SL. Which is best or even good is a matter of personal taste. So, I suggest you go to the marketplace and search for black hair. You'll find some people have hundreds of styles listed. In general the prolific are good designers. Next look for the See in World link. That means they have a store and you can try on demos in the store.

There is a 'What is she wearing' HUD for use in SL. You'll find it in the marketplace. So, when you see someone wearing a 'do' you like, you can find out who made it.

There are also some 'Hair Events' several times a year. You can find the newest styles by visiting the events. There are blogs about events and event listings on the SL web site.

The blog http://iheartsl.com/ aggregates a collection of fashion blogs giving you easy access to a large selection of fashion blogs. Those blogs will provide you the hair maker and style and usually a link to the shop or event where you can find the 'do'.
